Because I like the idea of a woman so devoted to me she would even love it when I hurt her. Then I want her to depend on me while she is healing. I figure these feelings come from the fact that I have an inferiority complex, so I always over think things and start to believe she doesn't really care about me and will leave me for someone better.

I just enjoy looking at injuries. No sadomaso here. But I like -toying with/tending to- wounds. In porn, I like looking at all the guro, but in reality, the biggest turn on is when my lover is sick or injured. It's cute.

I guess it appeals to me on many levels...
Being in pain, being tortured, dying, all those make you vulnerable (which is why I like piccies of people fighting a lot less). Vulnerability is beautiful, feeling vulnerable is a strangely fulfilling feeling, scary, exciting and exhilerating.
Also I like the idea of beauty being destroyed. It's about being human in a sense, but sped up to where you see both the beauty and the destruction.
And there's something about the forbidden about it too.
What I love most is the pics where you can see or imagine strong, conflicting emotions. Those who endure pain for their loved ones, their pride, etc. Those who find their inner death slut just before the end. Those who want to be death sluts, but are afraid of the pain. Those who betray a loved one, because they have a need to see them in the vulnerable position I was talking about.

Because I have an inferiority complex mixed with some other personality disorders and thinking about getting humiliated and killed is pretty much the only thing that makes me feel alright.
But I have no complains about my life or my likings. :)

I lurk /g/ all the time, not to get off, but for the morbid curiosity of it all. I do admit I enjoy the Jissou threads but that's because they're so cartoony.

I did used to enjoy imagining things like being killed by the people who I lusted after as a young teenager, but I no longer have fantasies like that.

I enjoy looking at guro, especially stuff by Shintaro Kago and stuff like that, because it's so different than stuff that I usually read, and more often than not more thought-provoking. I'm pretty /d/eviant but looking at guro never turns me on. That doesn't mean I don't enjoy it on a regular basis, though. :)

I think the card's gotta be the most disturbing part. To braid her hair again, bring the girl that teddy bear that might have been hers before the whole scenario, that's all to try to restore some sense of normalcy to the whole situation. Sending a card saying "get well soon", like if she has a flu or bad food poisoning, it only would add to the suffering of the family. Of course, you have a big point. Kidnapping victims are often rich, and kidnappers first ask for a ransom, and then try to ease the family's longing for the victim by sending them back home piece by piece, so, by seeing the whole braiding of the hair as only a way to try to keep her beautiful, to keep her appearance as desirable as possible, it really makes it seem like if the family is as cruel and unforgiving as the men that cut her into pieces, and really shows that she's in a whole other kind of captivity now.

Man, as we say here, I'm castling hard about the images.

Well, the film of the woman cut in half appears to be called "Wraith." It is NOT "The Wraith" however. That's a different movie. Still, I haven't found an Asian movie simply called "Wraith" as yet.

Maybe the movie isn't Japanese, could be Chinese or another asian-base language and have a different title to it. Cause I ran translation too on other sites and it's giving me names like "Raw Spirit"and such.
