It was released during one of the ABnormal Carnivals, a convention like Comiket, but for guro artists. It's very rare to see anything from ABC get scanned and posted online, and I've never seen one of this artist's doujins, just his sample pics.

This looks like it's by the same guy that does does the cg picture sets of lolis' being slowly eaten away by tentacles,probes etc. He did a set where the girls wind up as brains with a partial spinal cord floating in blue liquid. I'll see if I can find out his name.
